1. Return Policy

Products once sold are not returnable. Returns, if approved, must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging along with a valid purchase receipt.

2. Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided only for defective or damaged products, subject to verification and approval by the seller.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the customer fails to accept delivery for reasons not caused by the seller, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Unattended Delivery

If unattended delivery is requested, products may be left at the location. This is done at the customer’s own risk. The seller is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
